課程概述

本課程為初次接觸線蟲學之同學設計，提供研習線蟲學所需要之重要基本概念及研習方法。期許透過一系列的主題探討，修課同學能在深入淺出的課程架構下奠定未來進階研究的基礎。
上課主題包括：
1. Morphology and taxonomy
2. Isolation, Identification and Classification
3. Diversity of adaptations for plant parasitism
4. Environmental and chemical influences
5. Population biology
6. Biological control
7. Experimental Design
8. Culture and storage of nematode samples
 

課程目標
 讓同學對於植物線蟲有基本認知，學習研究的縝密邏輯思考，認識線蟲研究的基本技術
